As you will see in this report, the amount of listings on the market are quite low for the area.  If you are contemplating selling your home, this is a perfect time to place it out on the market. With low inventory, high demand and the Spring & Summer tourist season here, demand is going to outweigh the amount of inventory on the market once again this year. Take a look at the numbers.

West 30A – Detached Single Family Homes

There are currently 166 active detached single family homes currently on the market ranging $299,500. – $13,000,000.  In the last 12 months there were 320 homes sold ranging 195K – $10,100,000. .  There are currently 59 homes currently pending sale ranging $342,850. – $6,250,000.

West 30A- Condo & Attached Properties

There are currently 44 active condos & attached single family properties on the market ranging $198K – $2,350,000.  In the last 12 months there were 128 properties sold ranging 176K – $2,500,000.  There are currently 16 properties currently pending sale ranging $224,900 – $2,525,000.

East 30A – Detached Single Family Homes

There are currently 430 active detached single family homes currently on the market ranging $325K to $21,500,000.  In the last 12 months there were 693 properties sold ranging $205K – $8,850,000.  There are currently 135 properties currently pending sale ranging $320K – $6,495,000.

East 30A – Condo & Attached Properties

There are currently 153 active condos & attached single family properties on the market ranging $164K – $6,900,000. In the last 12 months there were 327 properties sold ranging $138K – $2,925,000.  There are currently 58 properties currently pending sale ranging $138K – $4,999,000.
